Is Cricket Royale free to play?

Yes! Cricket Royale is completely free. We use virtual coins only — no real money is ever involved. You start with 1,000 coins and earn more by winning bets.
How do I create a private league?

Go to the Leagues tab and tap "Create League." Give it a name, set your preferences, and share the invite code with your friends. They can join from the same Leagues tab using your code.
After a match ends, the league admin (or app admin in Solo mode) settles the result. Your coins and points are updated automatically once the result is confirmed.
Can I be in multiple leagues?

Yes! You can join as many leagues as you want. Each league has its own leaderboard, coin balances, and bet history — everything is tracked separately.
What happens if I forget my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password." Enter your email and we'll send you a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, email us at
support@cricketroyale.app with the subject "Delete My Account" and your registered email address. We'll process it within 7 business days.
The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?

Try these steps: (1) Force-close the app and reopen it. (2) Check your internet connection. (3) Update to the latest version of Cricket Royale from the App Store. (4) Restart your iPhone. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
Are my coins reset if I reinstall the app?

No! Your account, coins, and bet history are stored securely in the cloud. As long as you log in with the same account, everything will be restored.
